We keep what it takes to sell to you and to answer for the sale, and nothing else. Here is what, why, and what you can ask of us.

Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how the store is used: which products get viewed, at which checkout step a purchase is abandoned. It tells us what to fix.
It uses no cookies. The id is kept only while the tab is open and is cleared when you close it. If you are not logged in, no profile of you is built, only anonymous counts. Your screen and what you type are not recorded. The data goes through our own domain, not straight to a third party.
Browsing analytics
We record which pages are viewed and where checkout is abandoned, to improve the store. No cookies: a temporary id that is cleared when you close the tab.
What you can ask of us
These are rights the Ley 21.719 grants you, not favours from us. Exercise them from My Account or by writing to us.
Rectification
If something is wrong you can correct it yourself in your profile, or write to us and we will.
Erasure
You can ask us to delete you. We anonymise your account: you stop being identifiable. Tax documents are kept because the law obliges us to hold them for six years, which is why they copy your name when they are issued.
Objection
Marketing emails go on and off whenever you want, separately from the emails about your order, which are part of the service.
